chart reading conditions
- Personal Information Required: Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender Expression/Sexual Orientation (optional)
- The client must be at least 18 Years Old.
- Payment will be made via Paypal.
- All chart readings will be completed within 4 weeks.*
- Clients must have the understanding that I am not a psychic and will not give specific predictions. I will only offer overall advice on how to prepare for the future.
- These astrological services are not meant to replace modern medicine or therapy. I will not diagnosis my customers. Clients are encouraged to seek help from healthcare professionals and only to use Astrology as a helpful tool alongside modern medical practices.

I believe that the privacy of my client’s personal information is incredibly important to protect. It is my responsibility to be clear and forthright about the use of personal information. All readings are confidential.
Acquisition of Information. I only require the information needed for the purpose of the astrological service that I offer. The clients’ name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and gender expression/sexual orientation will not be sold to any third parties and will not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than the service that the client purchased unless they give their written consent and specify otherwise.
Third Parties. I do not voluntarily give out client information to any third party for any reason. Only with the permission of the client, I will use their information to legally process payment through the secure Paypal service.
return policy
Refunds for Chart Readings. I want to work hard to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, because of the number of hours and the amount of effort put into each reading, there are no refunds offered, unless you cancel your session 24 hours prior to the scheduled reading.
Each reading is my own interpretation of astrological principles. If you would like me to expand on something that I have said I do offer follow-up emails for pre-recorded readings where you can ask me up to 3 questions in regards to your reading, at no additional cost.

I retain the right to refuse service to anyone who chooses to communicate in an unprofessional way on this website or through email.
There is zero tolerance for sexual harassment, bullying, and/or comments that make me or other clients feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Despite the cynical foundation, Lady Bitterness Astrology is a place of compassion, friendliness, politeness and asks its clients and visitors to be respectful of each other.
If anything I have said is offensive, insensitive, or does not sit well with you, please know that you can contact me and let me know. This is a site that is always open to being more inclusive and accepting, but it is a learning process.
